UV-3607HT

UV / heat cure cationic epoxy

Hybrid UV plus thermal cure for shadowed areas

UV-3607HT is a single-component UV/thermal cure adhesive and sealant. It cures under moderate UV and elevated temperature for shadowed areas. Its low viscosity supports coating, capillary flow, and doming.

In plain English

UV-3607HT is the hybrid option for joints where light can tack the exposed area but heat must finish cure in blocked areas.

Product fit

Why buyers choose this grade

Shadow-area insurance

The thermal cure step gives you a path to finish the bond where direct UV exposure is limited or blocked.

Still fast to fixture

The UV stage can lock parts in place in 5 to 10 seconds before the oven step happens later.

Good all-around physicals

A Shore D 80 cure, 5,000 PSI tensile strength, and high resistivity support electronics, sealing, and encapsulation work.

Good fit for

  • Parts with hidden bond areas, undercuts, or shaded geometry
  • Coating, capillary, and doming jobs that need low-viscosity flow plus thermal backup
  • Electronics and sealing work where chemical resistance and 200°C service matter

Things to confirm first

  • You need both UV access and a thermal post-cure path in the process plan.
  • If the assembly cannot tolerate a 125°C oven cycle, use a direct-light or room-temperature dual-cure option instead.
